I am a gypsy kitchen witch at heart, stranded in podunk, Texas. So I’m making the best of it by trying to learn to cook at least two new recipes a week. That way, when I return to civilization, I can explain to everyone that at least I learned something.
I have a mind-bogglingly handsome and kind boyfriend and an enormous goofy dog here with me in podunk. Elsewhere, I have a ridiculously awesome family.

This is Bear. He's the enormous and goofy dog. He was small like this once. Imagine the picture times 3 now.
